What if I'm unhappy with the service? Am I entitled to a refund?
Prepaid accounts will be refunded any unused money. If you were awarded E-Points please be aware that on a refund they are discredited. The remainder of the money without E-Points will be refunded to you.

You need to deposit money in your account before you can generate any Reports. These account are PrePaid Type Accounts.

What are E-Points and how do they work?
E-Points are our way of giving back to our Pre-Paid customers. When you sign up or replenish you will earn 5% on every dollar from $100 - $999 and 10% on any amount $1000 or more.
Example: You sign up and open with a $1000 balance. We then automatically give you 100 E-Points to use for your searches. Upon replinshment of another $1000 you will earn an additional 100 E-Points which you can put towards reports. It's that simple.
